Text
The operation and effect of any provision of this act conferring a general power upon the board or the secretary shall not be impaired or qualified by the granting to the board, the secretary, or an employee or agent of the secretary by this act of a specific power or powers. L.1968, c. 105, s. 64, eff. July 1, 1968.
