§ 24:16B-10 — Powers and duties of local inspectors
New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
The local inspector shall have, within the jurisdiction of the municipality appointing him, all the power and authority given an inspector appointed by the secretary under the authority of section 8 of this act. L.1968, c. 105, s. 10, eff. July 1, 1968.
