§ 24:16B-61 — Actions to restrain violations

New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
Any habitual violation of this act or of any of the orders or rules or regulations made pursuant to this act may be restrained by the Superior Court in an action brought for such purpose by the Attorney General on behalf of the secretary. L.1968, c. 105, s. 61, eff. July 1, 1968.
