Text
Any person, applicant or licensee aggrieved by any order or determination of the secretary, or his agent or employee made pursuant to this act may obtain a review of the action complained of by the Superior Court in a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ. L.1968, c. 105, s. 59, eff. July 1, 1968.
