§ 24:16B-58 — Disposition of license fees, penalties, fines and costs
New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
All funds derived from fees for licenses issued hereunder, and the proceeds of any adjustments, penalties, fines and costs imposed by the secretary or any court hereunder, shall be paid to the State Treasurer and shall become part of the General State Fund. L.1968, c. 105, s. 58, eff. July 1, 1968.
