§ 24:16B-57 — Records of the secretary; reports to the Attorney General
New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
The secretary shall keep a record of all his official acts, and shall preserve copies of all decisions, rules and orders made by him. The secretary shall make a semiannual report to the Attorney General with regard to the number and type of violations of this act, the facts incidental thereto and the disposition thereof. L.1968, c. 105, s. 57, eff. July 1, 1968.
