Text

The secretary or his duly authorized agent or employee shall make and enforce orders necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. An order or determination applying only to a person named therein shall be served on the person affected by personal delivery of a copy of said order or by mailing a copy thereof to him at his last known address by certified mail. All orders and determinations shall include the findings of fact upon which such orders or determinations are based. L.1968, c. 105, s. 56, eff. July 1, 1968.
