§ 24:16B-51 — Service of subpoenas; fees and mileage

New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
The process of subpoena authorized in this act shall be served in the same manner and be of the same force and effect as like process of civil actions in the Superior Court; and any person attending in pursuance of such subpoena shall be entitled to the same fees and mileage as witnesses in civil action in said Superior Court. The fees for the attendance of the witnesses shall be paid by the party arranging for the attendance of such witnesses. L.1968, c. 105, s. 51, eff. July 1, 1968.
