Text
The board is hereby vested with power as provided in this act. The board shall have power to make rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes and to carry out the provisions of this act and shall implement this act by prescribing such rules and regulations necessary to equal the Federal Meat Inspection Act. All such rules and regulations shall be made in the name of the board over their signatures. L.1968, c. 105, s. 5, eff. July 1, 1968.
