§ 24:16B-47 — Reports of licensee
New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
Each licensee shall, from time to time, as required by the order of the secretary, make and file a verified report on forms prescribed by the secretary of all matters on account of which a record is required to be kept, together with such other information or facts as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1968, c. 105, s. 47, eff. July 1, 1968.
