Text
The secretary, upon reasonable belief that any provision of this act, the rules or regulations prescribed by the board, or orders of the secretary have been violated, may remove inspection service from any licensed establishment for a period not in excess of 30 days. L.1968, c. 105, s. 43, eff. July 1, 1968.
