§ 24:16B-40 — Display of vehicle permits required
New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
No vehicle shall be used by any licensee to transport any animal carcass, part thereof, meat or meat food products, animal food product or by-product of any animal unless he has first obtained a permit for said vehicle from the secretary and has caused the permit number to be prominently displayed on both sides of the body of the vehicle so as to be plainly visible to the public. L.1968, c. 105, s. 40, eff. July 1, 1968.
