Text
No licensee shall sell, offer for sale or cause to be shipped, any carcass of horses, mules, or other equines, or parts of such carcass, or the meat or meat food products thereof, unless they are plainly and conspicuously marked, labeled or otherwise identified so as to show the animal or animals from which they were derived in accordance with the regulations prescribed by the board. L.1968, c. 105, s. 38, eff. July 1, 1968.
