§ 24:16B-35 — Sale or shipment of mislabeled packages prohibited
New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
No licensee shall sell, offer to sell or cause to be shipped any package or container which is falsely, deceptively or fraudulently labeled, mislabeled, misbranded, improperly labeled or which fails to comply in any respect with the rules and regulations prescribed by the board. L.1968, c. 105, s. 35, eff. July 1, 1968.
