§ 24:16B-30 — Actions authorized
New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
The secretary may cause, at any time, such quarantine, segregation, embargo, seizure, detention, destruction, removal of the official inspection mark, re-examination or re-inspection of any animal or carcass, part thereof, or meat or meat food product as are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1968, c. 105, s. 30, eff. July 1, 1968.
