Text

The provisions of this act shall be applicable throughout the State and shall supersede any ordinance or regulation inconsistent therewith. The provisions of this act shall be enforced by the State Department of Health and local boards of health. L.1968, c. 428, s. 2, eff. Feb. 4, 1969. Amended by L.1979, c. 289, s. 1, eff. Jan. 14, 1980.
