N.J. Stat. Ann. § 24:15A-2 (2026).

Text

Any person violating any provision of this act shall be subject to the penalties provided in chapter seventeen of Title 24 of the Revised Statutes. Such penalties shall be recovered and enforced in the same manner and in accordance with the procedure detailed in said chapter seventeen of Title 24 of the Revised Statutes. L.1942, c. 42, p. 249, s. 2.
