Text
No person found to be in violation of the law shall evict, or cause to be evicted, occupants for the purpose of avoiding corrective maintenance ordered by the local board of health to eliminate hazardous lead exposure. L.1976, c. 116, s. 7, eff. Nov. 16, 1976.
