§ 24:12-9 — State regulations, standards for bottled water.

a.Bottled water which is manufactured, distributed or sold within this State, in addition to complying with the standards governing the manufacturing, storage and distribution of bottled water promulgated by the Department of Health and Senior Services pursuant to R.S. 24:2-1, shall comply with the regulations concerning drinking water quality standards adopted by the Department of Environmental Protection pursuant to the "Safe Drinking Water Act," P.L.1977, c.224 (C.58:12A-1 et seq.).
