Text
The state department may issue licenses to persons engaged in the business of bottling water for drinking purposes or of bottling any nonalcoholic drink within this state, but no such license shall be issued until the rules and regulations of the state department have been complied with. No such license shall be issued for more than one year and all such licenses shall expire June thirtieth of each year.
