Text
No food, drug, device, or cosmetic, which is established to the satisfaction of the State Department to be subject to, and to comply with, regulations promulgated under the Federal Act shall be deemed to be in violation of this subtitle because of its failure to comply with regulations promulgated hereunder, insofar as the same are in conflict with the regulations under the Federal Act. L.1939, c. 320, p. 770, s. 3, eff. Jan. 1, 1940.
