Text
The books printed and published and known as the official United States Pharmacopoeia, official Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States, official National Formulary, or any supplement to any of them, or any of the printed copies of such books, shall in any action or proceeding brought under any of the provisions of this subtitle be received as evidence of the contents thereof, in any court or before any magistrate. The court or magistrate may determine whether the books offered as such were so printed and published, either from inspection or the knowledge of the judge or magistrate, or from testimony. No judgment shall be reversed because of the admission of such books unless it be shown that the books so offered in evidence were not, in fact, printed and published as such official
