Text
A person who, not being a warden or a deputy warden of this state, shall: a. Falsely pretend that he is such; or b. Impersonate a warden or a deputy warden; or c. Attempt, by any means, to induce another to believe that he is such-- Shall be liable to a penalty of fifty dollars.
