Text
The costs recoverable in any proceeding in any court for the collection and enforcement of a penalty pursuant to the Penalty Enforcement Law (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.) shall be the same as in actions in the court and shall be recoverable by the plaintiff in the event of a judgment for the plaintiff. The fees to the court and the court officers shall be as provided for proceedings of a criminal nature in section 22A:3-4 of this Title. L.1953, c. 22, p. 420, s. 11.
