Initial amount allowed in taxing costs in Chancery Division of Superior Court. In taxing costs in any proceeding in the Chancery Division of the Superior Court under section 22A:2-10 of this Title, where the matter does not proceed to final judgment, the attorney shall be allowed for any and all proceedings one-half the amount allowable to him under that section.
