22A:2-43. In civil causes, in municipal courts, all filing fees and other charges, all fees of constables, jurors, attorneys and appraisers, and all costs shall be the same as are provided by law for similar services in the Superior Court, Law Division, Special Civil Part. L.1953, c.22, s.11; amended 1991,c.91,s.272.
