22A:2-41. For witnesses there shall be taxed in the costs in the Superior Court, Law Division, Special Civil Part, the fees prescribed by N.J.S.22A:1-4. For each appraiser there shall be taxed in the costs in said court, a fee of one dollar ($1.00) for making an inventory and appraisement. L.1953, c.22, s.11; amended 1991,c.91,s.270.
