New Jersey·Title 22A FEES AND COSTS
Upon all motions, with or without notice, in the Law Division of the Superior Court, the moving party shall pay to the clerk of the said division .......... $ 9.00 This section shall not apply to an action in which a summons or writ must be issued. L. 1953, c. 22, p. 400, s.
