§ 19:6-20 — Appointments by Governor in absence of nomination
New Jersey·Title 19 ELECTIONS
If any nomination is not made and certified in writing to the Governor within the time specified, the Governor shall make such appointments of his own selection from the citizens of the county in which such failure occurs. Amended by L.1955, c. 243, p. 920, s. 3.
