10.The district board shall designate an area within the polling place, which may be a voting booth, for the voter to mark the provisional ballot and affirmation statement. If the district board designates a voting booth for the voter to mark the provisional ballot and affirmation statement, the voting booth shall be arranged in accordance with the provisions of R.S.19:8-7. If a voting booth is not used, the area designated for voters to mark the provisional ballot and affirmation statement shall have swinging doors or privacy screens, shields, or curtains so that privacy is maintained as the voter prepares the provisional ballot and affirmation statement in secret and screened from the observation of others. No provisional ballot and envelope with an affirmation statement shall be handed
