25.
a.The clerk of the board shall, upon the tally sheets provided for that purpose, make a list of the names of all persons for whom one or more votes shall have been given, designating the office which that person shall be voted for, and of any public questions voted upon; and as each provisional ballot shall be read, the clerk shall write the figure "1" opposite the name of each person whose name is contained thereon, as designated for any office, or in the proper column designating the vote upon the public question. Provisional ballots may be counted by electronic ballot scanning equipment under the direction of the county board of elections.
b.When all the votes which were cast have been read, examined and numbered, as directed, the board shall tally the votes given for each person
