§ 19:53C-12 — Transportation of provisional ballot bag
New Jersey·Title 19 ELECTIONS
18.Immediately following the sealing of the provisional ballot bag at a polling place on the day of any election, a member of the district board shall transport the ballot bag and all other election materials to a location designated by the commissioner of registration. L.1999,c.232,s.18.
