§ 19:32-28 — Expenses of election held in municipality
New Jersey·Title 19 ELECTIONS
All necessary expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this Title when certified to and approved by such superintendent in connection with an election held in and for a municipality only shall be paid by the municipality. L.1947, c. 167, p. 727, s. 3.
