§ 19:32-13 — Destroying, removing, defacing seal; third degree crime.

19:32-13. Any person who destroys, defaces or removes, or attempts to destroy, deface or remove, such a seal shall be guilty of a crime of the third degree. Amended 2005, c.154, s.14.
