§ 19:27-7 — Writs delivered to secretary of state
New Jersey·Title 19 ELECTIONS
Every such writ shall, by the officer issuing the same, be delivered forthwith to the secretary of state, who shall forthwith affix the seal of the state and file the same in his office.
