§ 19:27-5 — Proclamation
New Jersey·Title 19 ELECTIONS
19:27-5. Every writ of election issued under the provisions of this title shall be of the nature of a proclamation, and shall be signed by the Governor. Amended 1988, c. 126, s. 3.
