6.The Commission on Higher Education shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1991,c.485,s.6; amended 1994, c.48, s.293; 1999, c.46, s.68.
