§ 18A:65-95 Appropriations, grants, moneys, property, certain, transferred to Rutgers.

4. Upon the transfer of the schools, institutes, and centers of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey other than the School of Osteopathic Medicine, the entire Stratford campus, the remaining facilities in Camden, and University Hospital, to Rutgers, The State University pursuant to section 3 of this act: a. all appropriations, grants, and other moneys available and to become available to the schools, institutes, and centers of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey are hereby transferred to Rutgers, The State University, and shall be available for the objects and purposes for which appropriated subject to any terms, restrictions, limitations or other requirements imposed by the State budget or by State and federal law. b. all employees of the schools, institutes, and centers of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey are hereby transferred to Rutgers, The State University. Nothing in this act shall be considered to deprive any person of any tenure rights or of any right or protection provided him under any pension law or retirement system or any other law of this State. c. all files, books, papers, records, equipment, and other property of the schools, institutes, and centers of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, are hereby transferred to Rutgers, The State University. d. all orders, rules or regulations heretofore made or promulgated by the schools, institutes, and centers of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, or by the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey on their behalf, shall be continued with full force and effect as the orders, rules and regulations of Rutgers, The State University until amended or repealed pursuant to law.
