30.The board of governors of Rutgers University shall establish: a. standards for the establishment and evaluation of academic programs of Rutgers University-Camden; b. standards for the award of degrees to students enrolled in the academic degree programs of Rutgers University-Camden; and c. standards for the promotion and award of tenure to faculty employed at Rutgers University-Camden.
