147.Notwithstanding the provisions of N.J.S.18A:65-25 or any other section of law to the contrary, the campus advisory board of Rutgers University-New Brunswick shall: a. advise the president and the board of governors of Rutgers, The State University on the selection of the Rutgers University-New Brunswick chancellor; b. propose capital projects and bonding for Rutgers University-New Brunswick to the board of governors of Rutgers University; and c. propose an annual budget for Rutgers University-New Brunswick to the board of governors of Rutgers University. Nothing in this section shall be construed to alter, amend, modify, or diminish the authority of the board of governors of Rutgers, The State University to grant tenure and promotions to faculty at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, es
