§ 18A:65-4 — Vested rights, grants, charter privileges, etc., not affected; exceptions

Nothing herein contained shall be construed to impair, annul or affect any vested rights, grants, charter rights, privileges, exemptions, immunities, powers, prerogatives, franchises or advantages heretofore obtained or enjoyed by the corporation or the university or any constituent unit thereof, under authority of its charter or any act of this state or under any grant, deed, conveyance, transfer, lease, estate, remainder, expectancy, trust, gift, donation, legacy, devise, endowment or fund, all of which are hereby ratified and confirmed except insofar as the same may have expired or have been repealed or altered or may be inconsistent with this chapter or with existing provisions of law; subject, however, thereto and to all of the rights, obligations, relations, conditions, terms, trusts
