a.The provisions of all collective negotiations agreements applicable to employees of Rutgers University-Newark in effect on the effective date of P.L.2012, c.45 (C.18A:64M-1 et al.) shall remain in full force and effect until such time as new or revised agreements or contracts may be established. All persons employed at Rutgers University-Newark shall continue to be represented by the majority representative that represented them on the effective date of P.L.2012, c.45 (C.18A:64M-1 et al.), shall continue to be represented in the Rutgers University-wide collective negotiations units they were in on the effective date of P.L.2012, c.45 (C.18A:64M-1 et al.) and shall continue to be covered by the collective negotiations agreements that were in effect on the effective date of P.L.2012,
