33.Nothing in P.L.2021, c.282 (C.18A:64O-1 et al.) shall be construed to modify or contravene the rights and obligations of employers or employees under the "New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Act," P.L.1941, c.100 (C.34:13A-1 et seq.). L.2021, c.282, s.33.
