§ 18A:64O-19 — Construction of act.

19.Nothing herein contained shall be construed to impair, annul or affect any vested rights, grants, privileges, exemptions, immunities, powers, prerogatives, franchises, or advantages heretofore obtained or enjoyed by the university or any constituent unit thereof, under any authority or any act of this State or under any grant, deed, conveyance, transfer, lease, estate, remainder, expectancy, trust, gift, donation, legacy, devise, endowment or fund, all of which are hereby ratified and confirmed except insofar as the same may have expired, be or have been repealed or altered, or may be inconsistent with this act or with existing provisions of law; subject however, thereto and to all of the rights, obligations, relations, conditions, terms, trust, duties, and liabilities to which the sam
