§ 18A:64O-25 — Governance of contract claims and suits.

25.Notwithstanding any of the provisions of the "New Jersey Contractual Liability Act" (N.J.S.59:13-1 et seq.) to the contrary, contract claims and suits against the university shall be governed by that act. L.2021, c.282, s.25.
