Text
11.With respect to a fiscal year in which at least one person, corporation or other business entity, or foundation makes a donation to a four-year independent institution of higher education that receives direct State aid, or to a foundation institutionally related to such an institution, in the amount of $1,000,000 or more, the recipient institution or foundation shall be eligible to apply for and to receive State matching funds in the amount of $100,000 with respect to each such donation. There shall be no limit on the number of such donations from single donors in that donation year in the amount of $1,000,000 or more for which such application may be made. Any such application shall be made only with respect to the entire donation year and may be submitted at any time after the close
