§ 18A:62-2 — Disbursements to denominational schools prohibited
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
No disbursements of the moneys appropriated by the state for the purposes of public higher education shall be made to any institution wholly or in part under the control of a religious denomination or in which a denominational tenet or doctrine is taught. L.1967, c.271.
