3.The governing body of each public institution of higher education may jointly sponsor the literacy tutoring program with a local agency or organization which would: a. Link students to the various literacy programs in their communities and throughout the State.
b.Coordinate the training of student tutors; and c. Monitor the performance of a student providing literacy tutoring. L.1992,c.49,s.3.
