Text
The board of education of any district offering adult education courses shall be entitled to charge and collect from persons taking such courses, whether residing within or without the district, for tuition a sum not exceeding the actual cost per pupil as determined according to rules prescribed by the commissioner and approved by the state board. L.1967, c.271.
