§ 18A:50-13 — Rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The State Board of Education shall prescribe such rules and regulations for the proper management of the programs under this act, including the control and management of all funds appropriated for its implementation. L.1968, c. 383, s. 2, eff. July 1, 1968.
